Paris Brest Choux Pastry Dessert

 



Recipe consists of:

1. Choux Pastry

2. Egg Wash

3. Chopped Toasted Almonds

4. Chantilly Cream

5. Icing / Powdered Sugar (dusting)


Method:

A single Paris-Brest choux pastry ring, cut in half, with Chantilly Cream filled between the rings.

The pastry has been baked with toasted almonds sprinkled on top.

There is a light dusting of icing / powdered sugar sprinkled over top.
